Who Does This Fundraiser Benefit?
The Red Tie Gala is organized by Celebration on the Lake Church. The church uses funds raised from this event to help many local area organizations and groups including:

Food Pantry Mabank Area Good Samaritans: Celebration on the Lake Church belongs to MAGS and serves two weeks out of every three months and also serves every first Monday evening to people. Anyone who lives in Henderson, Kaufman, and Van Zandt counties may come to get a box of food once a month.

Meals on Wheels in Malakoff which delivers meals to folks in that area of Henderson County.

Mabank Senior Citizens Center

Donation to Cedar Creek Library which has computers, offers a GED program, teaches English as a second language, does taxes for free, has a children reading & crafts time, and has an adult literacy program.

Donation to the Cedar Creek Lake Area Humane Society which has the national certifications to transport 28 dogs to owners every two weeks, spay & neuter, & adoption events. We have several members who work here.

Donation to the Community Food Bank in Tool, TX at Cedar Creek Methodist

Donation to Faith in Action in Malakoff where a client checks in, gets counseling, accepts a prayer (choice), gets food, and five items of clothing, all free

Donation to the Tri Country Library in Mabank which has programs for Root Seekers Genealogy, Baby Play, Batter Intervention & Prevention, Quilting, Civic group, and more.

Donation to Friends of the Animals which gives low cost spay & neutering, low cost vaccinations, & physical exams. We have lots of member who work here.

Donation to Payne Springs Fire Department at the request of Vicki at Vicki’s BBQ. Vicki’s BBQ serves 300 free meals on Christmas day and all they want is a donation to the fire department

Humane Society
The Humane Society of Cedar Creek Lake (HSCCL) has responded to animals in need through the generous support of individuals, businesses, and foundations. We provide shelter, food, medical treatment, love and care to every animal that is brought to our facility. Our mission is to promote the humane treatment of animals through care, education, and advocacy. Check out their website!
Payne Spring Fire Department
100% Volunteer Fire Department in Henderson County, Texas. Located on Cedar Creek Lake. Currently recruiting for new members. Check out their Instagram Page!
Library at Cedar Creek Lake
The Library at Cedar Creek Lake is located at 410 E. Cedar Creek Parkway in Seven Points, Texas 75143. The Library serves all communities around the Greater Cedar Creek Area. The Library is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and provides free services to all residents living within its service area which includes Kemp, Scurry, Tolosa, and Mabank in Kaufman County, Athens, Eustace, Gun Barrel City, Caney City, Log Cabin, Malakoff, Payne Springs, Tool, and Trinidad in Henderson County and parts of Van Zandt county. Faith in Action
Our mission is to serve Jesus by serving people. We are a Christian community outreach organization with a food pantry, clothing closet and other benevolence services. In 2010 we took over the management of and changed the name of the Malakoff Food Pantry to Faith In Action Outreach because it is our goal to show the love of Jesus Christ by meeting the needs of people in His name.
